As a group you have identified several areas where improvements could be made. Now you need to decide how you are going to begin to make improvements in the areas you have identified.

How would you begin to make improvements in these areas?

To begin to make improvements in these areas you need to involve the people within that part of the process. Don't try and change too many things in one go and try your ideas out on a small scale first to see if they work as intended.
