As part of the Local Decision Making (LDM) support programme, this area of the website will allow you access to the password protected repository of shared practice documents. Many of the documents have been provided by NHS Primary Care Trusts, Specialised Commissioning Groups and NHS Providers and may include local policies, procedures or examples of local practice relating to the decision making processes for the commissioning and funding of treatments by the NHS.

If you work in the NHS and wish to access the resources or upload your resource for others within the NHS to share you can access the password protected area of the website here.
